What’s Class Like?
I’m a movement facilitator who has spent years holding intentional spaces across the Denver metro area. My work weaves breath, movement, and presence to support you in softening out of your head and into your body, where real connection begins.
Rooted in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and Conscious Breathwork, I create experiences that balance dynamic movement with deep stillness. Through creative sequencing, intentional breath, and music that keeps the body engaged, I invite attunement, nervous system awareness, and a deeper sense of presence. My intention is to support you in slowing down, feeling more, and meeting yourself, and others, with greater ease, honesty, and aliveness both on the mat and in your life.

I genuinely love guiding classes and holding space. You can expect to be challenged, but never overwhelmed. My classes are accessible, with room to explore and play, especially when it comes to inversions and balancing poses. I aim to create an environment where you feel supported, seen, and empowered in your practice. If there’s something you want to work on, tell me. If something doesn’t feel right, or a transition feels off, tell me. I’m here as a guide, and I’m here for you.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me in the mountains with my family, snowboarding, kayaking, camping, backpacking, or being a full-time jungle gym for my three kids.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in December 2017 and have since guided over 1,000 classes. I’m also certified in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and I maintain a personal Vedic meditation practice.
