CLOSER:
A date night experience for couples.

Saturday, April 4, 2025
5:00-7:00pm

Closer is an intentional date night experience for couples who want to feel more connected, playful and present with one another while sharing space with other conscious couples.

Each session includes guided connection prompts and embodied practices designed to support intimacy, communication and co-regulation. The tone is relaxed and welcoming. Filled with opportunities to connect with your partner in meaningful and enjoyable ways.

All expressions of partnership are welcome here: Long-term couples, newer relationships, married partners, queer and heterosexual couples all belong in this space. You don’t need to be in a perfect place. You just need a shared willingness to show up with curiosity and care.

Expect a warm, relaxed environment that feels playful, grounding and deeply human.

This is about enjoying each other and leaving feeling a little more connected than when you arrived.

No prior experience with yoga, dance, or breathwork is needed — simply bring your curiosity, your breath, your open heart, and your willingness to feel.

Breathwork is a powerful healing technique that uses conscious, connected breathing to help individuals release stored trauma, emotional blockages, and stress. During a session, the breath acts as a bridge between the subconscious mind and the physical body, helping you release old patterns, emotional pain, and limiting beliefs.

This practice allows participants to feel more connected to themselves and the world around them, ultimately fostering a deeper sense of inner peace, freedom and self-awareness.

We’ll begin by arriving together in community, setting shared intentions and agreeing to co-create a safe, open and supportive container. From there, we’ll ground into the body with a few gentle, accessible yoga postures designed to settle the nervous system and invite presence.

Once anchored, we’ll transition into conscious breathwork—allowing the breath to guide us into a deeper inner journey. This is a space to explore, release, and listen to what wants to be felt.

As we return, we’ll take a few moments for quiet reflection and journaling, integrating the experience. The container will then open for optional sharing, offering space for those who feel called to give voice to their journey.
