Canyon Reset

September 30 – October 4

Five days on the river—where the current sets the pace, the stars hold the space, and something deeper has room to surface.

Adventure awaits

This is not your typical river trip.

It’s a 52 mile guided journey through the red rock canyons outside of Moab, down Stillwater Canyon—where the days unfold on the water and the nights open beneath a sky untouched by city light.

We’ll spend our time drifting with the current, letting the river set the pace. There’s nowhere to rush to, nothing to check off. Just movement, presence and the quiet unraveling that happens when you finally slow down.

Along the way, we’ll step off the river to explore hidden slot canyons, wander through ancient landscapes and experience the raw beauty of this place up close.

Each morning begins with optional movement and yoga on the sand—waking up the body, grounding into the day. The days stretch floating and drifting between towering canyon walls. Evenings bring us together around the fire for connection and storytelling under the stars.

No experience is required. Just a willingness to be present, to explore and to let the river carry you for a while.

This is for those who feel the pull to disconnect from the noise… and reconnect with something deeper.

The Rhythm of the Trip.

Day 1 — Arrival + Descent (must be at the outfitter in Moab no later than 8am).

We meet in Moab and make our way to the river. After orientation, we launch and begin to settle into the rhythm of the water.

The first float is about arrival—letting the noise of everyday life fall away with each bend in the river.

Early evening, we set camp on the sand. A simple practice, an opening circle, and space to land fully.

Day 2 — Flow + Exploration

We wake slowly. Coffee/tea, light movement, and optional yoga as the sun warms the canyon walls.

The day unfolds on the river—floating, swimming, stopping to explore slot canyons and hidden spaces carved into the landscape.

Evening brings us back together: shared meal, firelight, and a guided breathwork journey under a sky full of stars.

Day 3 — Expansion + Play

By now, the group settles in. Time stretches.

This is a day for both exploration and play—longer stops, deeper canyon walks, moments of stillness mixed with movement and connection.

Another night by the fire. Another opportunity to drop in.

Day 4 — Depth + Integration

Something shifts here.

The rhythm of the river has done its work. The body softens. The mind quiets.

This day is less about doing, more about being.
Long, uninterrupted stretches on the water. Space for reflection, journaling, silence if it calls.

The final evening becomes a closing container—breathwork, integration, and a fire that lingers a little longer.

Day 5 — Return (we’ll be back to Moab between 2-4pm).

A slow morning. One last cup of coffee/tea on the sand.

We pack, launch, and float the final stretch—carrying a different energy than when we arrived.

Back to Moab. Back to life.
But not quite the same.
